Despite the vicissitudes of incarnate life, it is possible to find paths of light. Materiality has its challenges, and we came not to overcome them, but to live them and make the best of them. We are spiritual beings in fleshly bodies that have their own needs. They, our bodies, are like our spaceships. However, they are more limited than the ships in science fiction films.

We cannot deny our materiality, for it is part of the projection of our collective soulful progress . So, treat your body well, for it is the foundation that allows you to reach higher heights of the soul. Your body has things to teach you, whatever it may be. And the main thing it teaches you is: love others as yourself —a well-known maxim in Christian times.
After all, why did Christ Jesus use a corporeal vehicle if he didn't need to? Perhaps the lesson is more basic or simple than we imagine.
