We follow — or try to follow — the flow without really knowing what it is. The flow is pure abundance, the divine manifestation of the best possible outcome for that moment in your reality of existence. It means surrendering to the best that the universe has available for you in that time-space.

energy flow

To flow with the current of abundance is to be present and fully surrendered to the universe, allowing it to act upon your reality and bring forth the best surprises. To do this, you must develop your psyche to accept being in the present — not an easy task in a world filled with anxiety and depression.

Choosing to live in the present is both a mental and spiritual challenge. Cultivating mindfulness is an exercise for both the mind and the spirit. For this reason, it is possible to take a deep breath and reconnect with what is best for you.

Throughout history, many schools of thought have pointed the way to mindfulness. Since ancient times, shamans, masters, gurus, sages, philosophers, scientists, doctors, and therapists have understood that deep breathing, combined with conscious awareness, has the power to quiet the mind and allow the abundance of the present — the true gift of the universe — to flow to you.

meditation

Meditation is one of the paths to reintegration with the present moment. There are many types of meditation: silent, guided, magical, spiritual, or physical. But all of them lead to the same place — the present.

Each person should find the one that helps them most, supporting their mental training to remain in the now. Of course, you won’t be in meditation 100% of the time to live in the present. That’s why meditation practice is a training meant to make you more capable and skillful at being naturally present in your daily life.

The more you train, the better you become. This doesn’t mean you need three hours of meditation every day — only that you should include some time in your daily or weekly routine, whether 5, 10, or 50 minutes.

As long as you dedicate yourself, you’ll reconnect to the flow of abundance more quickly over time, living the best that life has to offer — here and now.

Be at peace. Stay present.

Namaste!
